Delivery

During construction, the materials for installation and construction will be delivered to the owner's house.

Once a contract has been signed, the factory will produce the items that the consumer has ordered. Pack and move it to the construction site after the manufacture is finished. Assure that the construction and production are completed on time for the clients.

Clients are responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt of the project. When you notice that a product is damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please sign to confirm the condition of the goods with Ecofa's staff.

Requests for return or exchange due to damage, scratches, broken, dented, or incorrect goods shall be out of warranty coverage once the customer has signed to receive the handover without notes or feedback about the product. Clients will be charged in accordance with the regulations.
